Florida Approved Online Course Providers

PURPOSE:

To update applications in Rule 6A-6.0982: Form VSP-03, Online Course Provider Approval Application, Form VSP-04, Application for Currently Approved Online Course Provider, and Form VSP-05, Online Course Provider Renewal Approval Application.

SUMMARY:

The rule amendment updates application forms to add clarity to instructions, remove extraneous information, and add assurance language in regards to Sections 1001.42(8) and 1003.42(3), F.S.
