Third-Party Voter Registration Organizations

PURPOSE:

To conform to statutory changes in Ch. 2021-11, Ch. 2022-73, and Ch. 2023-120, Laws of Florida.

SUMMARY:

Updates Rule to conform to statutory changes, including providing third-party voter registration organizations a mechanism to avoid fines regarding unauthorized persons collecting or handling voter registration applications.
