6A-14.0718

Prohibited Expenditures for Florida College System (FCS) Institutions

PURPOSE:

To implement provisions of Senate Bill 266 (2023). A new rule is needed that outlines allowable and non-allowable expenditures so that Florida College System institutions are compliant with state law.

SUMMARY:

The rule addresses Florida College Systems’ financial expenditures and defines allowable expenditures.
