Signature Matching Training and Verification

PURPOSE:

The new rule is to implement section 97.012(17), Fla. Stat. (2023) that changes existing law to mandate a formal signature matching training program for canvassing board members, Supervisors of Elections, and any person whose duties require verification of signatures.
