Standards for the Appropriate Use of Facial Coverings for Infection Control

PURPOSE:

The Agency is proposing to create a new rule within Ch. 59A-35, F.A.C., to implement the provisions of SB 252 (L.O.F. 2023-043) to establish facial covering requirements for health care practitioners and health care providers for infection control.

SUMMARY:

Rule 59A-35.125 will establish facial covering requirements for health care practitioners and health care providers for infection control.
