Normal Penalty Ranges

PURPOSE:

The Board proposes an amendment that updates the rule requirements for normal penalty ranges.

SUMMARY:

The proposed rule adds probation and suspension as a possible penalty for first violation of section 489.129(1)(q), F.S., and probation as a possible penalty for a second violation.
