Awarding High School Diplomas to Eligible Persons Previously Confined to the Dozier School for Boys or Okeechobee School

PURPOSE:

The purpose of this rule is to establish criteria and the process for awarding a standard high school diploma to eligible persons previously confined to the Dozier School for Boys or Okeechobee School. The rule will align with Chapter 2024-254, L.O.F., from the 2024 Legislative Session.

SUMMARY:

Eligible persons previously confined to the Dozier School for Boys or Okeechobee School.
