Limited Licensure for Physicians Licensed in United States Jurisdictions

PURPOSE:

The proposed rule amendment will clarify the rule after  Ch. 2024-15, Laws of Florida, become law.

The proposed amendment implements new statutory provisions and clarifies the rule.
