Industry Certification of Automotive Service Technology Education Programs

PURPOSE:

The purpose of this rulemaking is to repeal Rule 6A-6.05731, F.A.C. The Department is removing this rule from the Florida Administrative Code because the authorizing statute was repealed by SB 7004 (2024).

SUMMARY:

This rule is proposed for repeal due to legislative change.
