Pharmacy Permits - Applications and Permitting

PURPOSE:

The Board proposes the rule amendment to update language and incorporate the revised Special Sterile Compounding Permit Application and Information form.

The revised Special Sterile Compounding Permit Application and Information form will be incorporated and language will be updated.
