RULE:

69V-560.7044

Limit on Cashing Corporate Checks

PURPOSE:

The purpose and effect is to amend Rule 69V-560.7044, F.A.C., to clarify persons excluded from the 200% limitation set forth in section 560.309, F.S.

SUMMARY:

The rule amendment will specify who is excluded from the 200% limitation and will require a check casher to maintain certain workers’ compensation coverage documentation.
