Proposal Selection

The ST. JOHNS RIVER WATER MANAGEMENT DISTRICT announces a public meeting to which all persons are invited.

The District’s Evaluation Committee (Committee) will reconvene on February 10, 2025, at 1:00 pm at District Headquarters, conference room 136, to finalize its review and evaluation of submittals and prepare for Oral Presentations to be conducted on February 12, 2025, from 1:00 to 4:00 pm. One or more of the Committee members may participate through communications media technology, via phone or web conferencing. The Committee will hear oral presentations from the Respondents regarding their qualifications submittals, approaches to the project, ability to furnish the required services, and project schedule, and ask questions, if needed. Oral presentations will be scored using the Oral Presentation Evaluation Criteria. After oral presentations are completed, the Committee will meet and determine the final ranking of firms deemed to be the most highly qualified and forward its recommendation to the District’s Governing Board and request that its rankings be approved, and negotiations commence with the highest-ranked Respondent. If negotiations fail with the highest-ranked Respondent, negotiations will proceed with the other Respondents in ranked order. Respondents selected as most qualified will be notified by email. This Solicitation is issued subject to the legal requirements established under CCNA, §287.055, Fla. Stat.
