RULE:

6M-8.605

VPK Staff Development Plan for Providers on Probation (Repealed)

PURPOSE:

To repeal Rule 6M-8.605, F.A.C.

SUMMARY:

The rule and incorporated documents are being repealed as it is contingent upon an accountability system that is no longer adopted for use in VPK following the passing of HB 419 (2021), creating s. 1002.68, F.S., and a new accountability system for the VPK program. Additionally, the requirements for a staff development plan based on the new accountability system and aligned with s. 1002.68, F.S., are outlined in proposed Rule 6M-8.700, F.A.C.
