Participation Agreement

PURPOSE:

The purpose and effect of this proposed change is to update the form reference number and link to referenced materials. The referenced material consists of revised Terms and Conditions (revised March 2025) for Florida 529 Investment Plan. The revised Terms and Conditions include an array of enhancements, such as revisions to the account structure and withdrawals among others, as well as revisions that promote clarification.  The revised Terms and Conditions will go into effect beginning July 1, 2025.

SUMMARY:

This amendment updates the form numbers of the material referenced and incorporated in this rule.
