CAPE Industry Certification Funding List

PURPOSE:

This rule outlines procedures and requirements for certifications and certificates to be included on the CAPE Industry Certification Funding List, which are used in funding and accountability determinations. The purpose and effect is to amend criteria that must be met for inclusion on the CAPE Funding List and to clarify language and update terminology throughout the rule.
