Participation Agreement

PURPOSE:

The purpose and effect of this proposed change is to update the form reference number and link to referenced materials. The referenced material consists of a revised  Participation Agreement and the associated Terms and Conditions for Florida College Savings Plan.

SUMMARY:

The amendment incorporates updates to the Participation Agreement and the associated Terms and Conditions and updates how these materials may be obtained from the Board.
