Textbook and Course Material Affordability and Transparency

PURPOSE:

To update components of the Florida College System’s textbook and course material affordability and transparency policies and reporting requirements. The amendment will address syllabi requirements and changes to the list of required and recommended textbooks and instructional materials.

SUMMARY:

The rule sets forth the adoption, posting, and reporting requirements for Florida College System (FCS) institutions related to textbook and instructional materials.
