Patient Safety Surveys

PURPOSE:

Rule 59A-35.115 outlines requirements and instructions for conducting patient safety culture surveys and submitting required data to the Agency.  The Agency proposes to amend this rule to implement the provisions of 2025-204 L.O.F. (SB2514) regarding Patient Safety Culture Surveys for nursing homes.
