PURPOSE:

The proposed rule amendment is intended to address removal of the requirement for HIV/AIDS and domestic violence continuing medical education at the time of initial licensure.

The proposed rule amendments delete the requirements for HIV/AIDS and domestic violence continuing medical education at the time of initial licensure.
