Overview

RULE:

64-4.002	Initial Application Requirements for Dispensing Organizations
64-4.004	Revocation of Dispensing Organization Approval
64-4.005	Inspection and Authorization Procedures

PURPOSE:

The Department proposes the repeal of the following rules to delete unnecessary and duplicative language.

SUMMARY:

Rules 64-4.002, 4.004, and 4.005, F.A.C., address initial application requirements for dispensing organizations, revocation of dispensing organization approval, and inspection and authorization procedures for dispensing organizations, respectively. Rules 64-4.002, 4.004, and 4.005, F.A.C., will be repealed due to unnecessary and duplicative language.
