RULE:

68A-9.010	Taking Nuisance Wildlife
68A-9.012	Taking of Wildlife on Airport Property

PURPOSE:

The proposed rule amendment updates trapping regulations to better manage wildlife populations by establishing more efficient, selective, and humane trapping regulations.

SUMMARY:

The proposed rule amendment adjusts current trapping regulations for nuisance wildlife and wildlife on airport property.
