COMPLIANCE PROCEDURES

PURPOSE:

The purpose of Rule Chapter 67-53, Florida Administrative Code (F.A.C.), is to establish the procedures by which the Florida Housing Finance Corporation shall administer and monitor the Community Workforce Housing Innovation Pilot Program (CWHIP), pursuant to Chapter 2006-69, Laws of Florida.

SUBJECT:

The proposed Rule prescribes the processes and procedures used for monitoring the Community Workforce Housing Innovation Pilot Program as it relates to Chapter 67-53, F.A.C.
