6A-6.014

General Requirements for Adult General Education Program

PURPOSE:

To adopt enrollment requirements that all students enrolled in adult general education are United States citizens or are lawfully present in the United States.

SUMMARY:

The purpose of the rule amendment is to adopt enrollment requirements that all students enrolled in adult general education are United States citizens or are lawfully present in the United States. In addition, each district and Florida College System institution offering these programs must adopt and implement policies for verification.
