PURPOSE:

The Department is proposing updates to the Rules and Procedures for Coastal Construction and Excavation (Permits for Construction Seaward of the Coastal Construction Control Line and Fifty-foot Setback) to update forms incorporated by reference and correct the links to the forms and the website.

The Department is amending the above-mentioned rules to update referenced forms and links to the forms and website.
