RULE:

6A-23.006

Deregistration of Department Registered Program

PURPOSE:

To provide clarity on the reasons and processes for deregistration of an apprenticeship or preapprenticeship program, occupation or occupational grouping through voluntary action or by the Department.

SUMMARY:

The Rule updates deregistration processes for apprenticeship and preapprenticeship programs.
