PURPOSE:

This rule change clarifies and updates the requirements for foreign physicians to apply to the Florida Department of Health for sponsorship.

SUMMARY:

These changes to the Conrad 30 program rules update definitions, clarify eligibility requirements, and amends application requirements and forms. These changes further clarify and update the Conrad 30 program rules to clarify sponsorship priorities, allow for an electronic document management system, extended application period, update continued eligibility requirements, and update forms.
