PURPOSE:

This rulemaking initiates nonemergency rulemaking pursuant to Chapter 2025-199, § 15, Laws of Florida, to replace emergency rules 64ER20-32, 64ER20-35, and 64ER22-2 adopted by the Department to implement section 381.986, Florida Statutes.

SUMMARY:

These rules set forth the requirements for medical marijuana treatment centers (MMTCs) standards for production of edibles, trade name and logo, and packaging, and labeling.
