MMTC Solvent-Based Extraction

PURPOSE:

Pursuant to Chapter 2025-199, § 15, Laws of Florida, this rulemaking initiates nonemergency rulemaking to replace emergency rule 64ER21-13, adopted by the Department to implement section 381.986, Florida Statutes.

SUMMARY:

This rule sets forth requirements applicable to medical marijuana treatment centers (MMTCs) when processing marijuana using hydrocarbon solvents or other solvents or gases exhibiting potential toxicity to humans.
