ARMOR Act – Florida College System Institution Safety Requirements and Monitoring

PURPOSE:

The new rule will address requirements outlined in House Bill 757 (2026) by defining terms and providing guidance for Florida College System institutions.

SUBJECT:

Development of a new rule that addresses the implementation of House Bill 757 School Safety. Other changes may be considered for purposes of clarity and consistency.
