Pharmacy Common Database; Exceptions for Prescription Drug Processing Only Pharmacies

PURPOSE:

The Board proposes the rule promulgation in order to create instructions concerning pharmacies that utilize a common database.

SUMMARY:

The creation of the rule will provide instructions concerning pharmacies that utilize a common database.
