PURPOSE:

Rule 59A-35.060 outlines the process of applying for licensure.

SUMMARY:

The Agency proposes to amend Rule 59A-35.060, F.S. with updates to licensure applications for Birth Centers, Forensic Toxicology Laboratories, Home Health Agencies, Nursing Homes and Application Addendum.
