PURPOSE:

to make amendments to candidate qualifying forms to comply with new statutory requirements

SUMMARY:

updates candidate qualifying forms to conform to new requirements in F.S. 99.021, 99.061, 105.031, and 106.023 enacted in Ch. 2026-26, Laws of Fla., §§ 10, 12, 26, 27 and to make improvements based on agency experience
