Regulatory Assessment Fees; Investor-owned Electric Companies, Municipal Electric Utilities, Rural Electric Cooperatives

PURPOSE:

To update and clarify the rule to include current Commission form references and hyperlinks and to effect the review mandated by Section 120.5435, F.S.

SUMMARY:

The proposed rule amendments update the hyperlinks and Commission forms incorporated by reference and provide necessary updates to conform to Commission practice and procedure.
