MMTC Advertising and Marketing

PURPOSE:

This rulemaking initiates nonemergency rulemaking pursuant to Chapter 2025-199, § 15, Laws of Florida, to replace emergency Rule 64ER25-6, adopted by the Department to implement section 381.986, Florida Statutes.

SUMMARY:

This rule implements standards for advertising and marketing by medical marijuana treatment centers (MMTCs).
