Measuring Customer Service

PURPOSE:

To update and clarify the rule following the statutory rule review mandated by Section 120.5435, Florida Statutes.

SUMMARY:

This rule is being amended to update and clarify rule language and align classification of certain occupancy structures with that of Florida’s Department of Business and Professional Regulation. These amendments address the reasons underlying frequent requests for rule waivers on this rule and the Commission’s approval of those requests.
