PURPOSE:

The Northwest Florida Water Management District (NWFWMD) gives notice that it is developing rules to amend rules to delete a reference to a repealed rule, remove obsolete rulemaking authority, update the website address, update the format of form effective dates, clarify a timeline, and update the effective dates of forms.

SUBJECT:

The rule development will cover amending rules for General and Procedural Rules to comply with established statutes and rules and make amendments as referenced in this notice’s purpose and effect.
