Application for Participation in the Program

PURPOSE:

To amend the rule to require the applicant and beneficiary for have valid social security numbers to participate in the Florida College Savings Program, and to update the New Account Application effective date and form number.

SUMMARY:

This rule change is being made to update the Florida College Savings Program application and to require the applicant and beneficiary to have valid social security numbers for participation.
