6A-6.0331	General Education Intervention Procedures, Evaluation, Determination of Eligibility, Reevaluation and the Provision of Exceptional Student Education Services

PURPOSE:

The purpose of the rule development is to determine amendments necessary due to the recent repeal of and amendments to other rules relating to students with disabilities. The effect will be rules which are consistent with federal law and state statutes.

SUBJECT:

State requirements for programs for students who are homebound or hospitalized, prekindergarten children with disabilities, and procedures related to the identification and determination of eligibility for exceptional students.
