Forms and Instructions (Repealed)

PURPOSE:

The purpose of the proposed rule amendments is: 1) to update instructions for obtaining District's forms; and 2) to update District forms incorporated by reference to reflect changes in Service Center locations.

SUMMARY:

The proposed rule amendments update instructions for obtaining District forms and updates Forms 0970 and 0971 to reflect changes in Service Center locations.
