District School Board Exclusive Authority to Sponsor Charter Schools (Repealed)

PURPOSE:

The purpose of this rule is to adopt a rule to implement Section 1002.335, Florida Statutes, relating to granting exclusive authority to sponsor charter schools to school districts. The effect will be a rule to implement existing law.

SUMMARY:

This rule provides for the implementation of Section 1002.335, Florida Statutes, relating to granting exclusive authority to sponsor charter schools to school districts.
