Water Treatment and Storage Used and Useful Calculations

PURPOSE:

Docket No. 070183-WS – The purpose of this rule is to provide uniform standards for the calculation of the used and useful calculation for water treatment systems and storage facilities.

SUMMARY:

The rule will formalize the Commission's practice in calculating used and useful percentages for water treatment plants and storage facilities in rate proceedings.
