RULE:

33-302.1031

Correctional Probation Officers - Appointment and Responsibility

PURPOSE:

The purpose and effect of the proposed rule is to incorporate the responsibilities of correctional probation officers and the Department’s policy on violating offenders.

SUMMARY:

The rule requires correctional probation officers to notify the sentencing or releasing authority whenever the officer has reasonable grounds to believe that a willful violation of any condition of supervision has occurred.
