PURPOSE:

To implement the amendments to Section 100.371, Florida Statutes, as set forth in section 25 of Chapter 2007-30, Laws of Florida, that pertain to the process for citizen constitutional initiative petitions, including but not limited to codification of the requirements for valid signature verification, imposition of a 30-day timeframe for verification, and recording of certain dates in the statewide voter registration system.
