33-601.606

Placement of Inmates into Community Release Programs (Repealed)

PURPOSE:

The purpose and effect of the proposed rule is reduce from 90 to 60 days the amount of time that an inmate must be disciplinary report free prior to placement to be eligible for community release programs.

SUMMARY:

The proposed rule provides that an inmate must be disciplinary report free for at least 60 days prior to placement to be eligible for community release programs.
