PURPOSE:

The purpose and effect of the proposed rule is to modify Form DC6-112C, Witness Statement, to provide for a use of force number to allow witness statements gathered during investigations to be numbered for tracking purposes.

SUMMARY:

A use of force number is being added to Form DC6-112C, Witness Statement, to allow witness statements gathered during investigations to be numbered for tracking purposes.
