Compliance Monitoring for Housing Developed With SHIP Local Housing Distribution Funds (Repealed)

PURPOSE:

The Board proposes to repeal the rule. Compliance monitoring requirements in this rule will be included into the Chapter 67-37, Florida Administrative Code.

SUMMARY:

The rule will be repealed. Rule 67-53.005, Florida Administrative Code, Compliance Monitoring for Housing Developed With SHIP Local Housing Distribution Funds.
