Electric Utility Procedures for Generating Capacity Shortage Emergencies

PURPOSE:

The rule is being amended to include the newly revised Generating Capacity Shortage Plan, approved by the Florida Reliability Coordinating Council on July 24, 2007, replacing the currently referenced August, 2002 Plan. Docket No. 070642-EI.
