6A-6.03020

Exceptional Student Education Eligibility for Students Who Are Homebound or Hospitalized

PURPOSE:

The purpose of these revisions is to incorporate amendments necessary due to the repeal and amendment of other State Board of Education rules relating to students with disabilities.

SUMMARY:

The rule is amended to correctly reference other related State Board of Education rules relating to students with disabilities that were recently amended.
