RULE:

64B16-28.450

Centralized Prescription Filling, Delivering and Returning

PURPOSE:

The Board proposes the rule amendment in order to update the rule concerning the delivering and returning of medication by central fill pharmacies.

SUMMARY:

The requirements for delivering and returning of medication will be updated.
