Licensure Under Supervision

PURPOSE:

The proposed rule amendments are intended to address licensure under supervision.

SUMMARY:

The proposed rule amendments clarify the criteria for those physicians who are granted a license to practice medicine with the requirement that the physician practice under the direct or indirect supervision of another licensed physician.
